CEO
Martin is the founder of The Fruit Box Group, Australia’s leading premium-quality workplace fruit and milk delivery company. A former commercial lawyer, Martin transformed a small business serving 300 customers into a national company completing more than 20,000 deliveries each week.
Martin believes business has a vital role to play in building a strong, resilient and thriving society. This conviction led him to establish The One Box, which harnesses The Fruit Box Group’s infrastructure, supply chain and expertise to provide fresh, nutritious food to families experiencing hardship across Australia.
Director
Richard is a partner at SBA Law with over 30 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law. Richard advises clients on a broad range of commercial transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, consortium arrangements, private equity, venture capital and early stage investments, corporate restructures and corporate governance issues.
Director
LJ is a Company Director with a career in marketing and as Managing Director of a family business sold in 2012.
Over the past 10 years, her priority has been her four children, whilst managing a consultancy business and serving on private company and not-for-profit boards. LJ is a member of the AICD
Secretary
Brendan is the Chief Executive Officer of The Fruit Box Group and Company Secretary of The One Box. He began his career at Ernst & Young and has held numerous senior management positions over more than 20 years across a range of organisations, including ASX-listed companies, medium-sized enterprises and national businesses.
Program Manager
Emily has coordinated The One Box since its inception in 2017 and has more than 25 years’ experience in not-for-profit and community program management. She oversees the development and delivery of The One Box, working with schools, community organisations, researchers and funding partners across Australia.
Partnerships and Development Manager
Elizabeth has more than 30 years’ experience helping purpose-led organisations build partnerships that enable them to do more. She leads fundraising and partnership development for The One Box, working with philanthropic, corporate and community partners to build sustainable support and extend the program’s reach across Australia.
Senior Brand Manager
Anna is a strategic and creative marketing professional with more than 10 years’ experience across brand, marketing and communications. As Senior Brand Manager at The Fruit Box Group, she provides brand and marketing expertise to The One Box, with experience spanning integrated campaigns, digital, EDM, print and photography.
