By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to the following:

Collection of Data

By submitting a Fresh Food Project order, you consent to joining The One Box mailing list relating to the Fresh Food Project. You can opt-out at any time by using the unsubscribe link found in the email. If you are a university student, you also consent to have your order and billing details shared with your university so they can contact you regarding your order as required.

Orders

Final orders must be submitted by 12pm AEDT the Wednesday prior to your delivery week, unless sold out prior.

The One Box may modify the Fresh Food Project products and pricing at its discretion, depending on the seasonal availability and pricing in the market. This will not impact the price of your order as at the time of your purchase.

Supply and delivery of goods and/or services will only be made against an order. Placement of an order by the customer constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with The One Box, which agreement is formed upon acceptance by The One Box of an order. The One Box may accept the order by: (i) communicating acceptance of the order in writing or verbally; (ii) providing an invoice for the goods and/or services; or (iii) by supplying the goods and/or services.

You will be charged for your initial order and all subsequent orders in accordance with our Trading Terms and any other Trading Terms stipulated in your invoice for the goods.

The One Box reserves the right to accept or reject an order at any time for any reason, including (but not limited to) if the goods are not available for delivery, if there is an error with an order, or if any outstanding amounts are owed by you to The One Box or The Fruit Box Group Business. If we reject an order, we will endeavour to notify you of such rejection as soon as possible after the order is placed by you.

The One Box accepts no responsibility for incorrectly placed orders. Once your order has been paid for it cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds will be issued.

Additional information for university orders:

1. Order cut-off times are as advertised.
2. Order collection day(s) and collection time(s) are as advertised or as found in your order confirmation email.
3. When collecting your order, you may need to show a copy of your order confirmation email and student ID card as proof of purchase.
4. The One Box will deliver your order to your nominated university campus. We do not deliver on public holidays.
5. The One Box is not responsible for any damage or theft to your order once it has been received by your university.
6. Your order will come in a cardboard box and is only refrigerated to the point of delivery (to your university campus).

Payment

Payment will be accepted by card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted) or through a secure third-party payment gateway known as eWay or PayPal (‘Third Party Gateway’). Despite the security of this Third Payment Gateway, you should be aware that there are inherent risks in transmitting information over the internet. The collection, holding and release of such funds will be a matter between you and the Third Party Gateway. Any terms governing your use of the Third Party Gateway are as between you and the third party service provider and do not in any way affect these Terms.

Out of Stocks and Substitutions

The One Box Fresh Food Project sample menus are indicative only and will vary based on supplier availability, seasonal availability and quality standards.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

The One Box reserves the right to change these Terms at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these Terms as modified.

General Terms

This website is owned and operated by The One Box Group Limited (ACN 624 792 052) (‘The One Box’ ‘us’ ‘we’ ‘our’) and your use of the website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’). Your use constitutes acceptance of these Terms as at the date of your first use of the site. You should review these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our Website if you do not agree to these Terms.

  1. The One Box reserves the right to change these Terms at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these Terms as modified.
  2. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
  3. The One Box does not warrant that the functions contained in the material in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site and the server that makes it available are free of viruses, bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials.

  1. Material on this site comes from a variety of sources and authors including: staff members of The One Box and The Fruit Box Group Pty Ltd as well as our partner organisations. The One Box does not necessarily endorse the views expressed by contributors to this site.
  2. This site and information, names, images, pictures, logos regarding or relating to The One Box are provided “as is”, without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether expressed or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law The One Box will not be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence or otherwise.

Donations and payments

  1. This website is enabled for online donations using a secure third party payment gateway known as eWay (‘Third Party Gateway’). Despite the security of our website, you should be aware that there are inherent risks in transmitting information online.
  2. All donations made to The One Box through our website and any other payments made online which relate to our services will be processed via the Third Party Gateway. If you choose to make such a payment through our website, the collection, holding and release of such funds will be a matter between you and the Third Party Gateway. Any terms governing your use of the Third Party Gateway are as between you and the third party service provider and do not in any way affect these Terms.
  3. If you have any issues or concerns in relation a donation you have made which is not a matter that can be dealt with as between you and the Third Party Gateway, please call our The One Box team on 1300 294 466.
  4. All donors will receive a confirmation email and tax deductable
    receipt from The One Box.
  5. Full refunds will be available in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Restrictions on use

  1. In accessing or using this website, you agree that you will not:
    • use any automated device, software, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index the website or any content on the website without our express written consent;
    • use any device, software, process or means to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website;
    • undertake any action that will impose a burden or make excessive traffic demands on our infrastructure that we consider unreasonable or disproportionate site usage;

  2. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria.
