The program provides a free weekly box of fresh produce and staples to families in need, helping to alleviate some of their financial stress of filling school lunchboxes and making family meals. Reimaginging Fresh Food Relief in Australia

We’re excited to announce the release of the first research report for The One Box; Reimagining Fresh Food Relief in Australia. Together with our research partners at Monash University, this report shares an improved, independent and holistic understanding of the value created by our food relief program. One of the key findings was that for every $1 donated, almost $2 was received in the hands of recipients. The Monash University researchers also identified that beyond the financial impacts and practical support of a weekly box of food, The One Box plays a critical role in bridging barriers and building stronger connections between recipient families and their communities.
