Apple & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

2 medium apples

1 banana, fresh or frozen

1 cup of milk

4 ice cubes

Cooking Method

Step 1. Cut apple into large pieces.

Step 2. Peel banana and cut into large pieces.

Step 3. Add apple, banana, milk and ice cubes into a blender.

Step 4. Blend until it is the desired consistency.

Step 5. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
